    We deliver the customer experience and expertise of +20 years of the finest Customer Service from in store tailored counseling in the purchase process to a seamless experience when purchasing on line.We pride to offer our customer the finest customizable handcrafted barstools, for their great room and their summer patio. We also sell chairs, tables and bars.

    WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING A HIGHLY MOTIVATED, ADAPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE BI-LINGUAL (PREFERRED) WITH BACKGROUND IN SALES AND A BOOKKEEPER TO JOIN OUR RAPIDLY GROWING TEAM IN OUR NEW LOCATION.

    We have an amazing web presence, recognizable brand, great reputation, and unbeatable customer reviews, and we strive reaching for the best customer service ever for our guests, adding more and more to our on-line partnered yet dedicated software for social media, CRM, E-commerce and P/O follow up.

    In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer calls, closing sales regarding all post-sale issues; when you close any in store sale, CR will get a commission on that sale which will be cashed when P/O arrives customer.

    You will be responsible for handling all inbound communications, phone calls and emails, regarding the resolution of customer issues, as well as marketing campaigns with our seamless dedicated software.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide customers with courteous, timely and effective support.
    • Demonstrate a mastery of product, procedural, and best practices knowledge.
    • Engaging with customers regarding their barstools and furniture needs.
    • Passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
    • Making prompt and timely outbound calls to customers regarding their products and services.
    • Providing a positive and informative customer experience.
    • Use internal tools to document all customer touch points and communications.
    • Contribute to the achievement of team goals and outcomes.
    • Participate in regular training and development meetings as required.
    • Represent the brand in line with our mission of delivering an amazing customer experience.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 3+ years of Customer Service, Customer Success or Account Manager experience.
    • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and best practices.
    • Technologically proficient.
    • The desire to grow and learn new skills.
    • Pleasant and professional telephone demeanor.
    • Excellent listening and communication skills.
    • Must possess a positive, can-do attitude.
