    We are seeking an energetic and experienced Teacher to join our team! As a Teacher, you will lead a class of students through a successful school year, creating and implementing a comprehensive educational curriculum. Your goal is to create a welcoming learning environment and provide students with the tools they need to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, and has a passion for teaching!

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that promote the overall development of children

    Create engaging and simulating learning activates, including art, music, storytelling, imaginative play, and group activities, to enhance children's cognitive and social skills.

    Observe and assess children's progress, behaviors, and milestones, maintaining records and sharing observations with parents/guardians to support individualized learning and development plans.

    Assist children with daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and diaper changes ensuring their needs are met with care and sensitivity

    Communicate regularly and effectively with parents/guardians, providing updates on their child's activities, progress and any concerns or achievements

    Implement behavior management strategies and promote positive social interactions among children

    Attend professional development opportunities and stay updated on current trends and research in early childhood education

    Collaborate with other teachers and school personnel to create a healthy and safe learning environment

    Report and document behavioral incidents

    Qualifications:

    Associate's and/or Bachelor’s degree or higher and state teaching certification

    Previous experience working in a daycare, preschool, or early childhood education setting is advantageous

    Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management

    Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
