We're hiring talented, motivated LPC-Associates to join our growing clinical team. This role is ideal for an early-career therapist who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow under strong supervision and mentorship. Some evening and weekend availability is a plus.
Who We Are
SoLuna Mental Wellness is a collaborative group practice offering comprehensive mental health services, including psychiatry, psychological assessments, and therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups. Our team includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and licensed professionals across various disciplines — all committed to serving our diverse Houston-area community.

Primary Responsibilities
• Assess mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy for individuals and groups
• Coordinate care with other providers as needed
• Offer support for grief, crisis, and life transitions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Attend team meetings and trainings to stay current on best practices
• Participate actively in supervision and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
• Master's degree in counseling,
• Current Texas LPC-Associate license in good standing
• Identified or willing to be assigned an LPC-S supervisor (in-house supervision available)
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and crisis intervention skills
• Experience with EHR systems and standard office tools
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• EMDR, somatic, eating disorders, or addiction training is a plus
Compensation
Compensation is based on licensure, experience, and caseload. Associate-level therapists enjoy flexible scheduling, free in-house supervision, and one of the most sought-after practice environments in the greater Houston area. We will go through this in detail when we have our initial Teams meeting before clinical interviews.
