Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling sessions under supervision.

Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs.

Conduct assessments and evaluations to track client progress.

Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

Participate in regular supervision meetings and training sessions.

Collaborate with other mental health professionals to enhance client care.

Stay updated on best practices in counseling and mental health.

Requirements:

Must be a licensed LPC Associate in the state of Texas.

Or Passed NCE and needing to submit for LPC Associate Status

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in counseling or related field preferred.
