  • Responsibilities

    Description:

    • Communicate with customers by phone and email
    • Provide information on product details, pricing, availability and lead times
    • Answer questions and address inquiries
    • Make product suggestions as appropriate
    • Create price quotes
    • Take, enter and process orders
    • Make updates to customer account information in the CRM
    • Arrange and track shipments
    • Monitor open orders
    • Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
    • Escalate complex issues as necessary
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma
    • CRM experience (ANY TYPE)
    • Experience with CALL METRICS
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Accurate Data Entry skills
