  • Responsibilities

    The Payment Processor is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the financial records of a business. This includes data entry, accounts receivable, processing transactions, preparing reports, and reconciling accounts. The Payment Processor may also be responsible for customer service and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong computer skills.

    Job Description:

    • Manage accounting email
    • Save all invoices into corresponding folders
    • Print, staple, and stamp all invoices daily
    • Input and book daily invoices
    • Notate and keep track of invoices that are distributed to operations team in excel
    • Receive all approved invoices in excel
    • Run monthly tax reports

    Job Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Understanding of AP/AR procedures
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting a plus
    • Analytical skills
    • Ability to prioritize work and stay organized
