The CAD Drafter is responsible for creating and maintaining technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software. This includes working with engineers to create drawings of new products or modifications to existing products, as well as updating drawings as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CAD software and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain technical drawings using CAD software
• Work with engineers to create drawings of new products or modifications to existing products
• Update drawings as needed
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that drawings are accurate and complete
• Stay up-to-date on the latest CAD software and techniques
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in drafting or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in CAD drafting
• Strong understanding of CAD software
• Excellent technical drawing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
