This multi-faceted position will require a solid Management/Leadership background in Profit & Loss Management, Safety & DOT Compliance, Personnel Management, Employee Training & Development, Operations, Sales and Customer Service.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growth, employee relations and customer retention. This individual will be results oriented and understand that building a solid team and customer loyalty are top priorities. This multi-faceted position will require a solid background in Safety, DOT Compliance, Operations, Employee Relations, Sales, Customer Service and Profit & Loss Management. We are looking for a hands-on manager with experience preferably in the Propane Gas, Fuel Oil, Petroleum Products, Industrial Gas or Transportation/Distribution industry. Qualifications: Safety - Ensures compliance with safety codes and policies including the servicing and repair of company vehicles. Customer Service - Practices and reinforces superior customer service skills with all District employees.
