_ A Day in the Life_

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress

• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members

• Support quality improvement initiatives and adherence to safety standards

Qualifications

_ What’s Required_

• Michigan LPN licensure - Graduation from a recognized school of nursing

• One-year acute care or long term care facility nursing experience

• Prior home health experience preferred
