Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Direct Hire

We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality care to residents in a supportive long-term care environment. This role focuses on delivering compassionate care to a senior patient population while ensuring safety and clinical excellence.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $24.00 – $36.00 per hour

• Shift Differentials Available

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,000 (paid incrementally)

• Full-Time: 36 hours per week

Patient Population

• Long-Term Care (LTC) setting

• Resident Census: 46–54 patients

• Primarily senior population

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team

• Update and maintain individualized resident care plans

• Provide compassionate, safe, and efficient patient care

• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with healthcare regulations

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Active LPN license in the state of practice

• BLS Certification

• Minimum 3 months of LTC experience as an LPN

Additional Information

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

• Strong communication and basic nursing skills required

• Must comply with all facility policies and regulatory standards
