Job Summary

We are seeking a LPN to join our team! As a Home healthcare, you will spend your time caring for our patients, administering medication, and following care orders laid out by the team of doctors. You will also work closely with families and office staff in offering support and guidance, and be a supportive, helpful presence to our patients. The ideal candidate has experience working with an home setting, has all the required licensing in the state, and works well independently as well as within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Make rounds to check on each patient assigned, assessing current well-being and making notes on issues as needed

Administer prescribed medications as directed

Reporting changes with client -offering personal experience with the patient and taking care notes

Assisting to keep the shift moving and provide excellent care

Being a positive, supportive presence to our patients

Qualifications

Active, valid nursing license within the state

Experience working with in home care setting

Comfortability working independently and within a team

The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
