Duties:

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

• Conduct regular supervisory visits to assess patient needs and address any concerns or issues

• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

• Provide education and training to nursing staff on new procedures or protocols

• Complete assessments with new clients, care plans, and supervisory visits.
