Job Duties Include:

Conduct routine supervisory visits and assessments in client homes

Complete documentation and ensure compliance with care plans

Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and agency staff

Report any changes in client condition

Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with agency policy

🧾 Requirements:

Active LPN license in South Carolina
