We offer a full range of services, including general neurology, physical therapy, pain management, and infusion therapy. Our care teams collaborate across specialties to provide coordinated, evidence-based, patient-centered care focused on both clinical excellence and compassion.

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team in Rockville, Maryland. The LPN will work closely with our Registered Nurse (RN), providers, and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Room patients and obtain vital signs, and intake information.
    • Administer medications and injections as directed by providers.
    • Assist with infusion therapies and other clinical treatments within the LPN scope of practice.
    • Accurately document patient information, treatments, and communications in the electronic medical record (EMR).
    • Provide patient education regarding treatment plans, medications, procedures, and follow-up care.
    • Assist with care coordination, including referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling.
    • Maintain exam rooms, clinical supplies, and inventory.
    • Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory protocols.
    • Collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.

    Qualifications

    • Current, active, and unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Maryland.
    • Proficiency in core clinical skills, including obtaining vital signs, administering medications and injections, assisting with infusions, and performing treatments within the LPN scope of practice.
    • Strong patient communication and education skills, with the ability to explain procedures and treatment plans in a clear, supportive manner.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.
    • Previous experience in neurology, pain management, infusion therapy, or an outpatient specialty practice is preferred but not required.
