About the Role:
Join Guardian Residential Services LLC as an LPN for our Night Shift 1 to 1 In Home Support. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide personalized care in a comfortable home environment, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality of support while enjoying peace of mind.
Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate, one-on-one nursing care to clients in their homes during the night shift.
Administer medications and monitor vital signs according to established protocols.
Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and observations.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Respond promptly to client needs and changes in condition, ensuring safety and comfort.
Educate clients and their families on health management and wellness practices.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Current LPN license in the state of Virginia.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or long-term care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate demeanor.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
Basic life support (BLS) certification is required.
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred.
Reliable transportation and flexibility to accommodate client needs.
Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
