What You'll Do
As an LPN, you may provide nursing services in settings such as:
Skilled nursing facilities (SNFs)
Long-term care facilities
Rehabilitation centers
Assisted living and other healthcare settings
Responsibilities may include:
Providing safe and compassionate patient care
Administering medications as ordered
Monitoring and documenting patient conditions
Assisting with treatments and nursing procedures
Communicating with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Following facility policies and nursing standards
Completing accurate clinical documentation
Requirements
Current and valid LPN license in the state where you will work
Current BLS certification
Ability to provide proof of required credentials
Healthcare experience preferred
Ability to work independently and professionally
Reliable and dependable
Must meet CareGave Health and facility credentialing requirements
