As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. The Client is female and lives in Sarasota near Costco, she is non-verbal with a feeding tube. There is a CNA on shift with the LPN to assist with bedside care. Her schedule is Sunday's and Monday's 7am-7pm.

Job Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation

Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the RN

Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Document all care provided and communicate with the care team

Job Requirements

Valid LPN license in the state of Florida

Current IV Certification

Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance & Transportation

Compassionate and patient-centered demeanor

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
