About the Role:

Join YOU TURN RESIDENTIAL LLC as an LPN/RN in Norfolk, VA, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated nursing professionals to join our dynamic team and make a positive impact in our community.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor patient health and document changes in condition.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.

Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Assist in daily living activities and promote patient independence.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements:

Current LPN or RN license in the state of Virginia.

Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with residential care.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
