Job Title: LPN-SNF Location: Milford, MA-01757 Duration: 13-Week Contract Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM| 40 hours per week

🏡 VNA/Home Health Skilled Nursing Role • Approx. 7 patient visits/day • Home & assisted living facility visits • Mileage reimbursement from first to last patient visit

✅ Requirements: • Minimum 1 year Skilled Nursing experience • Home Health experience required

📍 Coverage Area: Milford, Hopedale, Medway, Millis, Norfolk, Franklin & Wrentham
