Overview:
Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support clinical care under RN supervision. The role includes administering medications, monitoring patients, assisting with care planning, supervising unlicensed staff, and contributing to a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license

• Graduate of approved nursing program

• CPR/BLS certified

• Experience in rehab or geriatric care preferred

• Ability to use electronic charting (PCC)

• Must meet TB and state-specific requirements
