Visit Nurses for Wound Care Specific Client in Minnetonka needed. 3x Daily Wound Care Visits 8am, Noon, and 5pm- 7 days per week. Looking for 2-3 nurses for this client. $35/Hour - Hourly Rate, $45/Visit Rate for this specific client. Wound Care Experience Required. Home Care Experience Preferred. Additional shifts may also be available in Minneapolis and Golden Valley Areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing services to patients in a home setting.

Perform routine nursing care to patients as prescribed by the healthcare provider.

Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital signs and health progress.

Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Communicate with Care Team on patient updates and changes in health

Excellent clear and accurate documentation skills

Requirements:

Valid LPN license in Minnesota.

2 Years of Nursing Experience Required.

Minimum 1 Year of Wound Care Experience Required.

1 Year of Experience in home health care or similar settings is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing empathetic, respectful care.

Strong Communication Skills in a team setting and with a family dynamic.

Ability to work independently and efficiently with keen attention to detail.

Must be cleared by MN Netstudy Fingerprinting prior to start date.

Cleared TB Test or Chest X-Ray upon hire.

Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance and Reliable Vehicle to use for work required.
