About the Role:

Beulah Home Care LLC is growing! We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide exceptional care for individuals with developmental disabilities in Springboro, OH. Join our team to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients while working in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.

Monitor and document patient health status and progress.

Assist with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and safety.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families.

Educate clients and families on health management and care techniques.

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with regulations.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Current LPN license in the state of Ohio.

Experience in home care or working with developmentally disabled individuals preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Flexible schedule to meet the needs of clients.

Background check clearance and references required.
