Job Summary As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care in a private duty setting. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting Clients' well-being and assisting healthcare teams in delivering exceptional medical services.

Duties

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Assist in bedside care such as showering, grooming and toileting
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans

Experience

• Proficiency in home care procedures
• Valid Florida LPN License
• Current or willingness to obtain IV Certification
• Vaild Driver's License
• Auto insurance
• Reliable transportation and ability to transport Clients as requested
• Experience in geriatric care
