    We're looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) who enjoys educating patients, building relationships, and making a lasting impact on their health.     What You'll Do

    As a PAP Clinician, you'll play a critical role in helping patients successfully begin and maintain CPAP therapy.

    Responsibilities include:

    Educate patients on obstructive sleep apnea and PAP therapy.

    Set up CPAP, AutoPAP, BiPAP, and related equipment.

    Ensure proper mask fitting and patient comfort.

    Review physician orders and sleep study recommendations.

    Troubleshoot equipment and therapy-related concerns.

    Monitor patient compliance and provide follow-up coaching.

    Document patient interactions accurately within our electronic medical record.

    Communicate with physicians, sleep labs, and referral sources as needed.

    Assist patients with insurance, supplies, and replacement schedules.

    Maintain infection control standards and equipment quality.

    Participate in occasional on-call rotation.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    Current Idaho LPN or LVN license in good standing

    Excellent communication and patient education skills

    Strong organizational and computer skills

    Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

    Compassionate, positive attitude with exceptional customer service

    Preferred (but not required):

    Experience with CPAP or sleep medicine

    Experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME)

    Respiratory or pulmonary care experience

    Home health or patient education experience

    Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
