• Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 12-Hour Day Shifts
• Saturday & Sunday: 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• Monday & Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care in the home setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately.
• Educate patients and family members on care needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona LPN License (or Compact License if applicable)
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Current BLS Certification (in-person)
• Current TB Test
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Article 9 Training (provided during onboarding)
