    Required Skills

    • Master and follow our top-notch safety policies.
    • Navigate hazards and obstructions like a pro.
    • Adjust levers, pedals, and attachments with finesse.
    • Start engines and control machines with expertise.
    • Identify underground services and overhead hazards.
    • Align machines and loads with precision, following signals and guidelines.
    • Drive, maneuver, and distribute materials efficiently.
    • Coordinate with crew members to move loads smoothly.
    • Repair and maintain equipment, making emergency adjustments when needed.
    • Tear down, set up, and move cranes between locations.
    • Communicate with foremen, study plans, and establish work requirements.
    • Keep detailed records of material and equipment usage.

    Required Experience

    • 6000 hours of seat time as a Journeyman Crane Operator.
    • NCCER or NCCCO Mobile Crane certification (preferred).
    • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    • The ability to travel to different project sites.
