We are a local courier delivery company with almost 100 years experience and we are hiring. We currently have openings for Part Time Drivers. Flexible Work Schedules Available - 1st and 2nd shift available. Weekdays and Weekend. Job Description: Parcel and Mail Delivery - Route delivery of parcels, boxes, and mail. There will be both residential and business delivery. All deliveries are next day. All shipments are expected to be delivered. We provider scanners, dispatch support, and company vehicle. Customer Pick Ups - You will be engaging with our customers. You must wear uniform, have a professional appearance, and basic customer service skills. Customers are #1. The biggest part of your job is making our customers happy. Disaster Recovery - You will support the team and make extra parcel deliveries in the field when required. Job Requirements You must be a minimum of 25 years of age. You must have and maintain a clean driving record. We will run a motor vehicle background check. Safety is non-negotiable. If you do not have a clean driving record, do not apply. You must be physically able to stand, sit, and lift. Most our packages our 5lbs or less but packages can be as heavy as 55lbs. You must be able to use a hand held scanner You must be able to follow a manifest and hit scheduled deadlines. You must have an eye for detail. You must follow procedure. Previous experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
