Job Description:

We’re looking for a Venue Host that is customer-focused. This is a great opportunity for someone who is outgoing and enjoys working with people. The Venue Host will be responsible for greeting guests, collecting payment, and answering any individual questions a customer may have, ensuring that everyone has a great time while at the venue.

Responsibilities:

Greeting guest has they come into the venue

Answering questions and addressing concerns of guests in a charming, polite manner

Knowledgeable of the venue’s event calendar

Collecting payment for selected events when guest arrive

Qualifications:

Previous hosting or event experience preferred

Previous experience with pos system preferred

Friendly and customer-focused personality

Ability to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests, as well as being able to understand requests for assistance

Ability to clearly communicate guests’ needs to venue staff.
