POSITION TITLE: E-Commerce Sales Associate

JOB TYPE: Full-Time

LOCATION: Remote, Work from Home (MUST BE IN MORRISTOWN, TN OR SURROUNDING AREA WITHIN 25 MILES)

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm EST

PAY: $34,000 per year

ABOUT POSITION: We are hiring a Sales Associate to work across multiple e-commerce teams. This person will be the fill-in for our sales team leaders when they are on vacation or out sick. Additionally, the person will handle fielding inbound sales interactions with customers via phone calls, emails, live chat, and texting. The person will also be responsible for outbound calls from our CRM database of historical customers. This is a generalist sales role and you will wear many hats and collaborate with many team members. We will provide all training and support to help you adapt into the role and excel within the company.

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Phone support.
• Email support.
• Text support.
• Live Chat messaging support.
• Outbound sales calls.

WE’RE SEEKING:

• An outgoing sales professional with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task to quickly and effectively retrieve relevant information from customers via phone, email, online chat and text.
• Must have excellent upbeat personality and follow through skills.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Must be able to professionally work in a collaborative team environment with various team members.
• Must be extremely reliable and on time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of sales or 3 years of customer service experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must speak English.
• Must have at home Internet / WiFi.
