Our dynamic Home Staging Team is seeking a Staging Assistant/Staging Lead who can transform rooms in accordance with our Owner's requirements, using their creative abilities and understanding of color, balance, function, and marketing knowledge to design and install interior spaces that have the right aesthetic appeal and make the most of the available space. Responsibilities: • Meet with Clients and walk their homes while preparing Intake Forms for upcoming jobs • Tape out floorplans as needed during job walks • Consult with clients to determine the best staging design to help ensure a quick sale and top dollar of their property • Spaceplan and specify furniture/accessory selections for staging jobs • Package, coordinate and install furnishings for residential real estate properties that are in the process of coming to market. Installation of projects includes everything from directing movers, placing accessories, and hanging artwork etc. • Warehouse organization on a routine basis, which includes keeping online inventory up to date as furnishings transition into and out of warehouse • Expand knowledge of current design trends and design techniques to better understand the staging process • Promote company projects by utilizing various social media platforms (FB and IG) Qualifications: • Must be able to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects at once, and be EXTREMELY detail-oriented • Must have a passion for interior spaces and open to obtaining Staging certification if required • Must have current & ongoing knowledge of furniture and interior trends • Must be able to take direction and implement accordingly • Must be able to diligently listen to Client's needs and translate solutions to the Client and Staging Team in a clear, concise and professional manner • Must be a Team Player; NO EXCEPTIONS • Weekend and evening hours may be required occasionally • MUST BE ABLE TO COMFORTABLY LIFT 50 LBS MINIMUM • MUST HAVE RELIABLE VEHICLE & ABLE TO TRAVEL WITHIN ORANGE, LA, & SAN DIEGO COUNTIES Compensation: $14 - $18 hourly
