We’ve served the rural Northwest for over 15 years, and we continue to grow and evolve, continuously connecting new communities to superior broadband services and productivity tools.  The Enterprise Account Executive fuels the expansion of our fiber network by identifying and selling target prospects; maintaining relationships with clients and assisting our growth in new metropolitan territories.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • New acquisition sales of LS Networks Ethernet, Wave Transport, Dark Fiber, Internet and Voice services
    • Generate target account portfolio, develop network solutions, propose and close opportunities
    • Effectively manage efforts to expand our fiber network into businesses with a high activity and comprehensive business plan
    • Team with sales engineering, network planning, finance and related operational staffs to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction. Your goal is to drive new network and revenue growth
    • Conduct thorough lead/prospect qualification including proper identification of clients and projects
    • Consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects that will yield production levels of monthly quota performance
    • Generate new business opportunities via cold calls, referrals, and lead generation
    • Prospect, develop, maintain, and close sales opportunities
    • Implement prospecting strategy according to targeted geographies for expansion
    • Sells network solutions by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; designing and recommending new solutions for their businesses to leverage
    • Maintains relationships with clients and their contributing revenue base by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements; addressing complaints and resolving problems
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by learning from internal network SME’s, attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Data driven prospecting experience and comfort using social media (LinkedIn Navigator, Zoom Info, etc.)
    • Professional Presentation Skills, Prior Client Relationships in Target Territory, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Prior Negotiation of Contracts, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales.
    • Valid driver’s license and own applicable vehicle insurance.

     EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) and 10+ years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    LOCATION: Tri-Cities, Washington.  This position will work remotely from home office.
