    Job Description

    HR ASSISTANT/SCREENER

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Front Desk/Screener position with responsibility for various Administrative HR functions. Provides support to all departments as needed. Interacts with all levels of management and employees.

     

    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ·       Greet individuals entering the building, determine purpose of visit, and escort them to specific destination

    ·       Assure the readiness of the reception area for each working day and maintain the cleanliness of the front office

    ·       Properly sign all guests in and out of the building while following the proper security measures

    ·       Receive phone calls, direct them to the correct recipients

    ·       Perform temperature checks and health questionnaires for all individuals entering and leaving the building

    ·       Perform extensive security checks for all persons entering and leaving the building

    ·       Assist the department as needed in all functions

    ·       Perform basic administrative tasks

    ·       Support our e-commerce business and fulfillment in operations

    ·       Support HR with recruiting calls, processing new hire paperwork/drug screens, interviews, etc.

    ·       Perform other duties as assigned

     

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    ·       High School Diploma or equivalent

    ·       1 year of administrative experience required

    ·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

    ·       Data Entry experience a plus

    ·       Ability to work with minimal supervision, interact with all levels of management and maintain strict confidentiality

    ·       Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills

    ·       Ability to work in a fast paced environment with large groups – must be flexible

    ·       Bilingual (English/Spanish) would be valuable, but not required

    ·       Must be able to work in a 24/7 work environment including weekends and holidays

    ·       Must be able to work in an environment with varying temperatures
