POSITION: Process Manager

The Process Management Team is a highly skilled and versatile internal consulting team that partners with business leaders across the Firm to execute strategy,
re‐design end‐to‐end process challenges and implement new measurable, sustainable business processes.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Develop and administer the Process Improvement Program – a Program to identify, prioritize,document, streamline and continually monitor key operational processes to reduce complexity and cost
  

•  Identifies, leads, manages and implements a wide variety of business improvement initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and operational excellence, using Lean Six Sigma, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
  

•  Utilizes project, process improvement tools and standards to train and educate leaders/managers to create a process‐focused culture and a systematic approach
  to identifying, prioritizing, developing and implementing best practices to improve operational excellence
  

•  Complete projects, analysis and reports in an accurate and
  timely fashion
  

•  Partners with and influence other groups / teams across
  the organization
  

•  Promotes and demonstrates effective and “boundary less”
  communication to achieve “cross pollination” in all areas, at all levels
  

•  Manages and leads change
  

•  Focus on never‐ending process improvement by establishing
  and monitoring metrics and measurements
