LTC Language Solutions is growing again! We are looking for a Finance Coordinator who appreciates attention to detail, loves working with co-workers on multiple teams, and is a great problem solver. HERE IS WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

• Verifies and posts details of financial transactions
• Prepares invoice for clients
• Handles account statements and
• Provides reports to CFO and department managers
• Makes collection calls on bills due an owing
• Reconciles accounts
• Recommends resolution of discrepancies in any accounts
• Works closely with sales team to prepare quotes and handle collections matters
• Other miscellaneous finance department duties as requested and assigned

• Ability to analyze and problem solve
• Works quickly and efficiently without error
• Believes in collaboration and working with teams in all areas of the company
• Knowledge of AR processes

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other business degree.
• 1-2 years experience working with finance or accounting team
• High level knowledge of Excel
• Must have experience with Quickbooks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
