LTC Language Solutions is growing again! We are looking for a Finance Coordinator who appreciates attention to detail, loves working with co-workers on multiple teams, and is a great problem solver. HERE IS WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
- Verifies and posts details of financial transactions
- Prepares invoice for clients
- Handles account statements and
- Provides reports to CFO and department managers
- Makes collection calls on bills due an owing
- Reconciles accounts
- Recommends resolution of discrepancies in any accounts
- Works closely with sales team to prepare quotes and handle collections matters
- Other miscellaneous finance department duties as requested and assigned

- Stays up to date on contract terms and best practices in given area
- Ability to analyze and problem solve
- Works quickly and efficiently without error
- Believes in collaboration and working with teams in all areas of the company
- Knowledge of AR processes
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other business degree.
- 1-2 years experience working with finance or accounting team
- High level knowledge of Excel
- Must have experience with Quickbooks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
