Full time RN contract needed in Fort Dodge, KS

State LTC facility in Fort Dodge, KS

Shifts: 6p-630a, block schedule

Length: 9 weeks

Start: 6/28/25 or ASAP

Position: LTC RN

Location: Fort Dodge, KS

ITEMS FOR PROFILE:

• List any days off requested:
• Resume (ensure it is current)
• Two Manager References from separate facilities, please include their title and facility (we will send you a request from CrossChq)
• Copy of your BLS
• Current TB test
• COVID Immunization card or exemption
• flu vaccine record (if you have one)

Once hired we will ask for: (if you have it readily available, it will expedite the process)

• We’ll schedule a drug screen as well as run a criminal background
  • To your knowledge, would anything come up on the report? Misdemeanors? Probation? Etc.
    • (We don’t process the background check until you have an official offer but the facilities have asked for a verbal indication if background is clear)
