    Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    PROCESS REVIEW/RECOMMENDATION ON EFFICIENCIES

    ·         Responsible for assessing current operational processes; facilitate discussions with team members and clients to assist in                   determining the baseline of workflow and current processes

    ·         Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine process gaps; consolidate findings and recommend areas of improvement

    ·         Develop and present operations plan to implement recommended changes to leadership inclusive of timeline

    ·         Design and test best practices/recommended improvements

    ACCOUNTING

    ·         Responsible to support client accounting needs

    ·         Analyze and record financial statements; recommend areas to streamline costs or to enhance revenue

    ·         Prepare financial reports

    ·         Prepare financial reports to support audits; work with auditors to provide data

    ·         Prepare financial reports to support tax obligations

    ·         Issue financial analysis of financial statements on monthly and as-needed basis

    ·         Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS

    ·         Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline or equivalent, relevant experience

    ·         Process certification desired (e.g. six sigma)

    ·         Demonstrated expertise in QuickBooks

    ·         Demonstrated expertise in Accounting Software (e.g. Sage Intact, JDE, etc.)

    ·         Knowledge of Salesforce and/or equivalent CRM strongly preferred

    ·         At least two years of experience in a senior accounting role

    ·         Demonstrated verbal, written, and presentation skills
