    LTD Hospitality Group is seeking highly motivated individuals with expertise in effective and efficient administrative and accounting principles.     The Staff Accountant will provide the financial expertise to enable the successful completion of the Corporate business goals and objectives.

    Responsible for revenue (pms reports, journal entry, sales tax adj) for set portfolio

    Complete expenses (AP from entry to payment) for set portfolio

    Responsible for Transfers/Bank deposits as needed

    Responsible for Bank Reconciliations for set portfolio

    Process Taxes (sales tax – including tax exempt, personal property, real estate, business license)

    Responsible for Month End Packets (including F&B inventory)

    Process Credit Card charges/reconciliation for operational expenses

    Responsible for Payroll (import and accrual)

    Responsible for Financial Statements and Balance Sheets for assigned properties

    Responsible for Year End (1099s, loan balance info, capex, stale checks, clean AP reports, balance sheet adjusting entries, sales tax rec, accrual rec)

    Complete Projects (legal requests, when a property comes/goes, paperless AP)

    Research (adhoc for utilities, loan payments, various items on P&L)

    Complete audit of GM month end checklist

    Review and respond to assigned property P&L Critiques

    Responsible for Financial info for non-operating entities

    Provide Information regarding analysis of financials as requested

    Other and all duties, projects, and tasks as assigned by employee’s manager

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skills and or ability required.

    Bachelors degree – Accounting or Finance- Preferred

    5 years of relevant work experience - Required

    Proficient skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products- Required

    Quickbooks Expert - Required

    Strong communication skills

    Organizational skills to multitask several projects

    Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management
