    We have an exciting opportunity for a CONTENT WRITER to strategize and write content for PeopleFluent's suite of enterprise software products:

    • Listen and be heard – Play an integral role in shaping content strategy to elevate an established brand and associated offerings

    We are looking for a proven writer to craft quality content for our enterprise talent and learning business, PeopleFluent. The mission of this role is to collaborate with the PeopleFluent Product Marketing team and LTG channel specialists (design, digital demand, UX/web, and events) to plan and create well-crafted content that builds brand equity and supports pipeline growth.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING EVERY DAY

    • Planning and creating high-quality content in support of PeopleFluent and its best-of-breed talent solutions
    • Researching, writing, and editing copy for websites, blogs, landing pages, emails, and events, as well as sales enablement materials, as assigned
    • Collaborating with PeopleFluent marketers and subject matter experts to support communication of value propositions and campaign messaging
    • Coordinating content reviews with subject matter experts throughout PeopleFluent and LTG's centralized marketing team
    • Defining and documenting the PeopleFluent brand voice and encouraging consistency in its use
    • Ensuring all content is optimized for SEO (in collaboration with the LTG SEO Specialist)
    • Creating content that has a purpose and will generate leads, in consultation with the LTG Digital and Demand Director
    • Working with the LTG Art Department to create effective assets for PeopleFluent across digital and print media
    • Managing multiple assignments with overlapping deadlines
    • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships across LTG Central Marketing, PeopleFluent leadership, and other departments
    • Sharing knowledge and best practices in content marketing across the content team and wider LTG Central Marketing team
    • Keeping up to date with online communication technologies and content strategy trends through relevant blogs, professional memberships, events, and training opportunities

    • You are creative and can generate innovative ideas...

    THE SALARY RANGE FOR THIS ROLE IS UP TO $75,000, DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE.
