Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate LTL shipments from quote to delivery, ensuring every load is covered with the right carrier, equipment, and service level
- Build and deliver competitive rate quotes aligned with customer needs and company objectives
- Enter and manage shipment data in our TMS with accuracy and speed
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including pre-claim materials
- Track and trace shipments, proactively communicating updates and resolving issues before they escalate
- Partner with internal teams and customers to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience
Qualifications:
- Experience in transportation/logistics, with LTL exposure preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy
- Clear, professional communication across phone, email, and internal platforms
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
- A team-first mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
