IT Support Associate will support LEN THE PLUMBER's local, branch and acquisition operations. Will work out of our downtown Baltimore corporate Office ideally, however, we are open to this position working out of one of our other locations with regular travel to Baltimore. Full Time / Hourly with OT possible * Experience with Desktop Support * Mobile Device Management - Phones & Tablets for Service Techs - Electronic Asset Management * Preferred: A+ Certification * Hardware experience preferred * Light Software troubleshooting Experience with: * Basic Network Administration, MS Windows, MS Office, Android OS * Analytics, Problem Solving, Time Management, Prioritization skills, Multi-tasking, Flexibility * Strong Customer Service & Excellent Communications skills. * Hardware / Software * Seeking 2 - 4 years of solid experience in fast paced environment, supporting a medium / large Team.
