    Position Summary:

    Seeking individuals with financial sales experience. Mortgage loan officers, Tax settlement sales, debt resolution, credit repair, auto warranty sales. We are looking for motivated closers, who want to make uncapped commissions. If you have been a top closer in other financial sales industries we want you to apply. Only seeking the best closers for our sales team.

    The Inside Sales Rep will work in our direct call center environment helping consumers nationwide. The rep will help consult and guide our prospective consumers who have applied directly with Lunna Loans for personal loan options. We currently have over 200 qualified direct mail leads coming in daily. You would be responsible for speaking with 6-10 qualified candidates daily. Building quick rapport and dissecting their financial goals. The leads are directly targeted for very high debt amounts which means more money in your pocket!

    Responsibilities:

    Build rapport and leverage customer relationships with existing and potential consumers with the goal of meeting customer needs.

    Analyze consumer specific situations and provide the appropriate solution by advising consumers as to the appropriate debt resolution.

    Excel in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and follow up with multiple customers and work on multiple files each day.

    Requirements:

    Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft and Google

    Experience with Debt Pay Pro & Salesforce is preferred

    Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

    Passionate about helping customers achieve their financial goals

    Ability to read a credit report

    Education/Experience:

    High School Diploma or equivalent
