    Lux 18 is a creative fashion agency that helps brands expand their presence through retail, marketing and global distribution. We work with some of the most recognizable brands in streetwear. In addition, we work with specialty, department and off-price retailers as their sourcing and buying arm. Our office is located in downtown Los Angeles, California and our retail storefront is located in the Lower East Side, New York.

    We are searching for a detail oriented, computer savvy E-commerce Manager with experience in apparel or a similar industry. We are seeking a self-starter with a growth mindset who is capable of managing this segment of the company on their own. Job duties include overseeing all aspects of e-commerce channels, monitoring stock levels and forecasting sales, operating online store & social media shops.

    Responsibilities:

    Ownership of e-commerce segment of business and work with executive leadership to increase revenue

    Create new products for incoming stock

    Create Purchase Orders for incoming stock

    Manage product listings on e-commerce sales channels

    Monitor stock levels and sales across e-commerce channels and submit replenishment orders when needed

    Day to day operation and maintenance of accounts across e-commerce channels

    Act as liaison between Lux 18 and e-commerce channels representatives

    Merchandise retail store website

    Work directly with team in New York to fulfill online orders from store website, monitor in-hand inventory, and coordinate pop-ups or other events

    Act as a liaison between Lux 18 and brand representatives

    Setting up and managing Instagram Shop

    Analyze sales and forecast trends to ensure ample stock available to support growth of sales

    Open new e-commerce channels

    Qualifications:

    2+ years experience with Shopify

    2+ years experience managing and growing an e-commerce business

    Familiar with Quickbooks and Quickbooks commerce

    Familiar with Instagram

    Experience with e-commerce merchandising

    Experience with inventory management and sales forecasting

    Sharp computer skills

    Attention to detail

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to stay organized and keep track of timelines across multiple projects at once

    Familiar with apparel and/or streetwear

    Ability to maintain confidentiality & discretion

    Starting Salary Range: $40k-$60k based on experience
