    Recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in Georgia, LUX DIAGNOSTICS is seeking to hire a Key Account Representative who will be the forward face of our company and engage existing and prospective clients alike at all levels. This position is responsible for the sales and marketing efforts for laboratory services in a specific geographic area.

    As an Account Representative, this outside field-based representative, will be responsible for prospecting of new accounts comprised of all types of care facilities across their assigned territory. Ideal candidates will be in or around the assigned market territory.

    This role will join our sales team with responsibility for prospecting new accounts and working directly with Sr account management bring new clients on board. Target client would be, physician practices, assisted living and other health services across their assigned territory. The primary focus and responsibilities are to grow market share in your assigned market, in addition, this position will help with the onboarding of new clients and ensure they have a successful transition to LUX Diagnostics and the services we offer. The right candidate will be passionate about being an advocate for their customers, building strong and lasting partnerships, identifying gaps, and aligning solutions that help lead to better outcomes, and helping their clients receive best in class service.

    JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    •  Prospect to long-term care facilities and primary care physician offices
    • Create demand by successfully finding, developing, and selling services to new accounts
    • Expand and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers within designated region
    • Contact prospective leads and identify opportunities
    • Record all sales activities in CRM timely to keep active sales records
    • Proactively contact sale leads and maintain a sales pipeline
    • Ensure client satisfaction is met and maintained
    • Conduct business in a professional, ethical manner always
    • Comfortably present Company services with proper decision (Medical Directors, Director of Nursing and Primary Care Physicians)
    • Troubleshoots questions from clients and present market challenges to management
    • Travel (maybe required depending on territory)
    • Ensures that the activities of operations are conducted in a manner that is consistent with overall Company protocol and follow Federal, State and payer regulations, guidelines and requirements
    • Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting of suspected violations of law and Company policy
    • Maintains confidentiality of all information; always abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines

     QUALIFICATIONS:

    • College Degree or Military (Preferred)
    • 2+ Years of Outside Sales/ B2B Experience
    • Laboratory Sales Experience
    • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
    • Strong negotiation and consultative skills
    • Self-motivated, able to problem solve, and multi-task
    • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
    • Effective communication and customer service skills
    • Strong laboratory services and diagnostics skills
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and computer skills
    • Comfortable with CRM experience
    • Must be goal oriented, sensitive to deadlines
    • Team player 
    • Associates or bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields
