The Laboratory Sales Executive will be responsible for the promotion of the laboratory diagnostic technology services to physicians, private healthcare offices, hospitals, nursing homes, LTC facilities to name a few. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients.
- Increase year-over-year divisional revenue and operating income for the business segment.
- Travel to potential and existing customer within assigned territory.
- Monitor competitors' products, including relevant sales and marketing data.
- Use available data to forecast sales accurately.
- Complete market research and analyze results to inform team and leadership of changing customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Educate, instruct, and upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory
- Act as a liaison between the client and the LUX Diagnostics operations team in relation to client needs
- Provide ongoing service and timely resolution to customer base
- Ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service
- Recommend solutions that are client focused
- Provide account management for client's day to day operations
- Collaborate with entire sales team to grow book of business
- Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas, Laboratory Sales experience preferred
- Strong negotiation and consultative skills
- Certified Sales Professional Certification (CSP) (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record Proven success managing a book of business
- Superior customer service skills with the ability to develop trust-based relationships
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to deliver results in a fast paced, competitive market
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- College Degree Preferred (Management, Marketing, Communications or related field)
- 4+ Years of Outside Sales/ B2B Experience, preferably in clinical laboratory sales
