    Luxury Real Estate Executive Assistant - We’re hiring a part-time (16-22 hours a week) assistant with experience in luxury and working on the Compass platform to join our growing team in La Jolla, CA. Working with us, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with a 2020+2021 WSJ-ranked top 1,000 small team. You thrive on a schedule with systems, structure, and accountability. You show up each and every day with a strong desire to succeed and level up. Organization, attention to detail, and process & procedure are your jam! This is a part-time role, with the opportunity to transition to full-time. Responsibilities: • Support the founders of the team in all aspects of a real estate business, including building the business, working with personal clients, calendar and CRM management • Dresses professionally and stylish • Commit to weekly 8 am team meetings • Create and maintain our team’s operations manuals & guides that document all systems, standards, & processes • Tract contract time-frames to ensure transactions close on time • Schedule buyer tours, and inspections for buyers, & coordinate appraisal appointments with sellers • Client interaction, both written and face to face • Create brochures, buyer and seller packets, and customize team marketing using Adobe Creative Cloud • Create reels for TikTok and Instagram from community events, restaurants, new shops, nature, & more (must find me on Instagram and DM me your IG to be considered) • Running errands as needed - lockbox pickup, open house food & drink, and more • Attend showings and open houses as needed • Personal errands as needed Qualifications: • 2+ years experience in an administrative role • California real estate license • Experience with brokerage Compass and its marketing suite is a bonus • Mindset of abundance, growth, “do whatever it takes,” win-win, and always in all ways - open to learning & leveling up • Integrity and ethics are at the forefront of our business • A self-starter with leadership experience in a group or team  • You are a patient person and even-tempered person who is a phenomenal listener • A fast learner only needs to be told once and does not need to be micro-managed  • Impeccable attention to detail while taking pride in your work and providing status updates • Exemplary organization with the ability to multi-task and be flexible as things arise • Works well with a calendar, time blocking, following a schedule  • Understands LUXURY (luxury branding, luxury marketing, aesthetic, dress, behavior) willing to learn more about HNWI and learn more about this clientele on your own time   • Concern and care about doing things the right way, following systems and processes, taking notes • Ability to follow a system and process as well as improve and or create new processes • Critical thinking and problem-solving at the forefront of each day • Personal professional conduct with social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc) you are our brand ambassador • Must have iPhone 12+ for creating vertical video for REELS, experience & great at taking vertical video • Willing and excited to redo your work if it’s not right  • Enthusiastic communication with clients  • Effective and direct written and verbal communication to the entire team • Ability to stay calm under pressure and continue on with the task at hand • Proficient on a computer, able to learn from the video how to use our internal software and CRM, google docs, sheets, & calendar, Microsoft office: excel, word, PowerPoint • Keyboard typing proficiency of a minimum of 40-50 words wpm Compensation: $20 - $26 hourly
