This is a full-time plus, 3 or more years experience required, commission-only position Compensation: $200,000 + at plan yearly LUXURYSOCALREALTY | COMPASS La Jolla is synonymous with the coastal San Diego real estate luxury market. Responsibilities: • Database Management • Daily time blocking and effective time management • Daily written gratitude journal and 25 affirmations • Daily handwritten personal notes • Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly accountability • Willing and able to prospect daily building your sphere of influence • A diligent and consistent lead follow-up to grow your sales pipeline Qualifications: • Must have a minimum of 3 years of real estate sales experience with 10+ closed real estate escrows (we are not hiring new real estate agents licensees - please do not inquire) • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently and efficiently • Experience using Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Have a customer-advocate mindset and a commitment to delivering the best client experience possible • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Enthusiasm for daily discipline, accountability, role-playing, scripting, and time-blocking • Ability to communicate effectively - orally and in writing • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Fast thinker and problem-solver Compensation: $200,000 at plan yearly
