    Las Vegas most progressive and innovative coatings company is looking for top sales professionals to represent us in bringing to market the most revolutionary fire-retardant product the world has never seen. You will benefit from our regionally exclusive right to market and sell the fire retardant, Neroshield, that won the contract to protect the interior of Air Force One, has begun to revolutionize the world of fire protection, and is rapidly becoming the standard for burn-rate times and environmental friendliness in the industry. We are looking for leaders to edify, develop, and sell to the existing fire safety community, resorts, homebuilders, commercial builders, homeowners, school districts, municipalities, government agencies, and manufacturers. We offer industry leading commissions, a generous benefits package, warm leads, and amazing support.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Present, promote, and sell products/services using compelling arguments to existing and prospective customers.
    • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
    • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
    • Reach out to B2B, B2G, & B2C customer leads through cold calling.
    • Promptly and effectively follow up on company provided leads.
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
    • Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports via company CRM.
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
    • Continuously improve through feedback and continuing industry education.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Proven work experience as a high-producing Sales Representative. Above average communication talentsdemonstrable talent in drafting compelling proposals. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Proposal Drafting Software, and MS Excel. Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive professional relationships. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. Bachelors degree in business or a related field. BENEFITS
