SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

We are looking for somebody to join our team of mission-oriented FinTech fanatics. As a member of the marketing team, you will work across multiple facets of the organization and have an opportunity to help drive strategic marketing goals.

As a Social Media Coordinator with LVL, you will:

• Create and coordinate social media content 
• Oversee the day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, YouTube and others
• Promote user engagement by attending and hosting online and in-person events 
• Moderate submitted comments and messages 
• Collect social media account data, develop reports, and contribute marketing recommendations to directors/executives
• Track audience engagement metrics 
• Stay informed of social media marketing trends and social media channel capabilities across a wide range of platforms
• Manage and release content in accordance with a scheduled media engagement plan

Desired skills: 

• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms
• Highly creative 
• Able to effectively communicate abstract ideas
• Superb writing skills
• Data analytics 
• A demonstrated ability to follow and apply the most current social media trends
• Excellent networking skills

Desired experience and education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• At least 2 years managing brand messaging in a marketing, communications, social media coordinator, or similar role
• Experience with startups is a plus
