    LVL is looking for a Social Media Community Coordinator to manage all of our social channels and community. This person will help us build and implement our social media strategy and foster relationships with our amazing community of builders. The ideal candidate is someone who has some experience with tech and fintech communities, has solid organizational skills, great vibes, and already spends too much time on Twitter

    The role will include elements of design, community building, and brand awareness.

    As a Social Media Community Coordinator with LVL, you will:

    • Create and coordinate social media content
    • Oversee the day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, YouTube and others
    • Promote user engagement by attending and hosting online and in-person events
    • Moderate submitted comments and messages
    • Collect social media account data, develop reports, and contribute marketing recommendations to directors/executives
    • Track audience engagement metrics
    • Stay informed of social media marketing trends and social media channel capabilities across a wide range of platforms
    • Manage and release content in accordance with a scheduled media engagement plan
    • Seek new and relevant communities to engage with in a natural and authentic way

    Desired skills:

    • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms
    • Highly creative
    • Able to effectively communicate abstract ideas
    • Superb writing skills
    • Data analytics
    • A demonstrated ability to follow and apply the most current social media trends
    • Excellent networking skills

    Desired experience and education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
    • At least 2 years managing brand messaging in a marketing, communications, social media coordinator, or similar role
    • Demonstrable experience with community engagement in forums or social media platforms
    • Experience with startups is a plus
