Responsibilities:

-Advocate the basics of insurance -Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients -Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs -Service existing client inquiries and identify cross-selling opportunities -Comply with insurance standards and regulations -Track and identify areas of improvement

Desired Attributes and Qualifications: -Bilingual preferred -Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields (recommended but not required) -Ability to build rapport with clients -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Ability to prioritize and multitask -Competitive spirit -Willingness to learn -Up to 75% of your day may be on the phone, a high-energy personality and a love of working with people is a must -Strong computer skills -Punctual and dependable

Licensing Requirements: A property and casualty insurance license.
